Sophie and Sam currently live in America. Sophie is from Swansea and Sam from England but they both met in Cardiff. So as all their friends and family are based in Wales/England, so it made perfect sense for them to get married in Wales. They chose St Mary’s Priory, Abergavenny for their ceremony and the stunning Sant Ffraed House for their reception.
This wedding was truly international with friends and family travelling from all over the world to celebrate Sophie and Sam’s amazing day. After the ceremony the drinks reception was held in the main house before heading off to the K Room for the wedding breakfast and evening party.
We were so lucky with the weather and were able to dodge the showers and capture beautiful portraits at Raglan Castle after the ceremony and then later in the evening in the stunning grounds of Sant Ffraed House. Sophie looked stunning in all three of her dresses. Yes, I did say three :-). One for the ceremony, one for the wedding breakfast and a party dress for the evening and the boys all so scrubbed up well in their coat and tails.
This was truly a magical wedding which I cannot sum up in words, so I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Please enjoy S & S wedding story and please get in touch if you are looking for a Sant Ffraed House wedding photographer or a wedding photographer who you would like to capture your story.
