The perfect love story
Steve and Yvette met out at sea living out their lives as traveling performers, Steve playing bass in the orchestra and Yvette dancing and singing in CATS. Right away, they connected over their passion for nature, long walks, and dedication to their music and dance. After a year out at sea, they devoted a lot of time together reacquainting themselves to land by backpacking all around the U.K., where Steve hails from.
Their connection only deepened on land, in tents and around many fire-fueled dinners. Among their walks, was the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, in Pembrokeshire Wales, Steve’s place of birth. They both felt a deep connection to this land, and when they walked past Manorbier Castle, they imagined an ideal day that they might deliver vows to each other. A year later, they found themselves celebrating their love with their loved ones both local and from across the sea and beyond.
Manorbier Castle is a romantic Norman Castle in a fairy tale setting by the sea, overlooking the shores on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path in West Wales. This Manorbier Castle wedding was the perfect fairy tale wedding. A gorgeous couple, a castle set in an amazing location and a very happy ending. I want to thank Y & S for allowing me to part of their intimate wedding. We had only spoken via Skype but when we met on the day it felt that I had known them for years.
