On wet and misty day in November Sian and Gareth got married at Llechwen Hall in South Wales. You know its going to be a good day when your bride tells you in the morning that she has got her wellies and she is happy to go outside for pictures. Sian and Gareth got ready at the hotel so there was no rushing around from venue to venue. Meaning everyone was relaxed and ready to enjoy the celebrations. Sian looked stunning in her dress by Wed2be and Gareth and the boys were equally smart in their kilts from Slaters even though it was a bit chilly.
Sian walked down the aisle to music played on the bagpipes played by the fabulous John Campbell, her mum on her arm and a massive smile on her face. It was time for the next adventure in Sian’s life to begin. When I met Sian and Gareth I knew they loved the outdoors so I wanted to incorporate that in their photos. So we jumped in the car and took a short drive to a lovely spot on the mountain where they enjoyed some quiet time together whilst I captured some lovely landscapes of them in the bracken and the misty mountains behind.
We then headed back for the party which included a scottish game of tig (which included all the guests), fab speeches and a ceilidh which involved trying to throw your partner around as fast as possible. I hope enjoy the highlights from their fab day below and please get in touch if your looking for a wedding photographer at Llechwen Hall.
