“Bohemianism is the practice of an unconventional lifestyle, often in the company of like-minded people, with few permanent ties, involving musical, artistic or literary pursuits. In this context, Bohemians can be wanderers, adventurers, or vagabonds.”
When it comes to styling your big boho day, think of nature. Use materials like feathers, wood, lace, ribbons, DIY jars and bottles. Mismatching crockery and furniture will pull the whole look together.
Boho Weddings South Wales
I have had the pleasure of shooting a few Boho weddings in South Wales. From rustic church halls to large tepees in the couples parents back garden. All of them have been magical. It has allowed me to capture photographs of people enjoying themselves in a natural environment. No stuffy suits or regimental services. Just drinks around a campfire, walks through corn fields and dancing in the night under a moonlit sky. You just can’t beat a Boho wedding in Wales.
