Please get in touch if your looking for a Rosedew Farm wedding photographer
Sophie and Sam got married on 7th October 2017 at St Illytd’s Church in Llantwit Major and held their wedding reception at the beautiful Rosedew Farm. A Rosedew Farm wedding is filled rustic charm, amazing locations for couple portraits and a beautiful barn for your guests to enjoy amazing food from local producers and party into the night. You can also stay overnight in one of the fabulous cottages.
On the morning of the wedding Sophie and Sam were getting ready in the cottages at the farm. When I arrived the girls were chilling out in their pj’s having their hair done by the girls from Ken Picton Salon and and makeup applied by Janet White-Ashby whilst listening to their playlist playing on Spotify and sipping champagne. When ready, Sophie got changed out of her cosy dressing gown into an absolute stunning dress by Pronovias and wow she looked absolutely beautiful.
Originally Sophie was just going to arrive in their car but Sam had surprised her by booking a vintage wedding car so she could arrive in style. Outside the church, the bridesmaids looked stunning in their blue bridesmaid dresses and holding beautiful flowers by Pastures Green. They eagerly waited for her to arrive and within a few minutes, she arrived at the church with a very proud father by her side and and a huge grin on her face.
Once the ceremony was over we all headed back to Rosedew Farm for the reception. After a few drinks and mingling with their guests we headed off for the couple portraits in the fields situated near the farm. Sophie’s father kindly drove us to the fields and we were able to capture some lovely scenic portraits against a backdrop of a stormy sky.
Sophie and Sam ended the night in style with a choreographed first dance and partied into the night.
